Fynbos Distillery is a small-batch craft distillery based in Stanford, in the heart of the Overberg. Inspired by the character, heritage and natural beauty of the Western Cape, we create distinctive spirits that bring together traditional South African craftsmanship and a fresh, modern approach.
Our range celebrates both heritage and innovation, from Witblits, Mampoer and Grappa to gin, rum, agave spirits, liqueurs and speciality releases. Every bottle is crafted with care, using quality ingredients and a genuine passion for creating spirits with a sense of place.
But Fynbos Distillery is about more than what goes into the bottle. We are creating a destination where people can experience the craft for themselves, enjoy tastings, explore our distillery, share good food and drinks, and take in the relaxed spirit of the Overberg.
