Description
Inspired by the rugged Kleinrivierberge and the untamed Overberg coast, Cape Azul is our premium agave spirit, made from 100% blue agave and small-batch distilled in Stanford. Expect bright cooked agave, a whisper of sea salt and black pepper, and a smooth, earthy finish.
Tasting notes
- Nose: cooked agave, citrus peel, sea air
- Palate: sweet agave, white pepper, minerality
- Finish: smooth and earthy
Perfect serve
Sip neat at room temperature, or in a Paloma with pink grapefruit soda and a salted rim.
